Saddle stitch

Stapled booklets are made up of several folded sheets of paper, bound and stapled together, usually using 2 staples. A stapled booklet is the most common and affordable product.

Max spine: 4mm
Number of pages: from 8 to 96 (depending on the thickness of the paper, adjusted so that the spine does not exceed 4 mm)
Paper weight: 60-350g/m2

 

There are several processes available to improve the finish of your brochure. Among the most common: cover lamination, matte / gloss varnish, matte / gloss / soft-touch foil, selective gloss UV varnish, acrylic protective varnish, etc.
